Unknown cause of consistent lag

Here's my issue: It is impossible to move out of AEs unless if I'm constantly running around. It feels like everything I do is delayed, instant casts, healing/dmg registering, moments, even animations recently. I don't have lag spikes and I don't get disconnected, ever. But the game is unplayable at endgame like Titan where I get hit by an AE 2 seconds after I move out of it and almost finish casting another heal.

I've been playing since EA and I've been having a constant 1-2 second lag. Naturally I thought it was on my end since it wasn't a common issue in my FC. So I started looking for solutions and cleaning my computer out, performing countless scans (Norton 360), calling my Internet provider and swapping for a new modem (ubee). I ran a few speed tests and I'm running at 110% efficiency (about 22.6 mps) durring peak hours and slower hours. I don't know how to fix this much less what the issue actually is.

If anyone has any advice I'm more than willing to try it. Thank you.

The lag is on SE end, nothing you can really do atm except ether tough it out or un sub.

Turns out... The other websites being run in SE's shared hosting space are running their backups during this time, and is decreasing performance of everyone on the node. Seems SE needs to upgrade to a non shared hosting package..........

^Little joke for any of us that have tried to run a website with shared hosting.... :P
