    I run this on Windows Server 2008 R2. You should have no problems running this at all.

    You didn't post your video card information, but a laptop equipped with an i3 likely has onboard video. Your graphics card probably cannot run this game.

    Open a run prompt and type "dxdiag" - then select the display tab. This will show you your video device. If it says "Intel HD Graphics" then you're SOL.

    Like I said, your laptop can't run FFXIV. That's the unfortunate truth, and there aren't many cost-efficient solutions other than to buy a different PC or wait until PS3 release.
