Been said by most but adding to the mass that I run the game on a 64bit environment and I don't experience crashes or any issues (other than they need to optimize their engine but that's another story and they said they would work on it)

Open a run prompt and type "dxdiag" - then select the display tab. This will show you your video device. If it says "Intel HD Graphics" then you're SOL.
