Monk/Bard Rotation Help

I was wondering if I could get some help or pointed in the right direction to boost my DPS on Bard and Monk. I have been trying different rotations and priority systems that I feel are right but I was wondering what others are doing since I am still fairly new to being 50. Any tips or input is appreciated.
