On the Excalibur server there have been 3 players farming every single one of the karakul for nearly 3 weeks now.

It's not possible to get a single one of the spawns due to what seems that the botters are able to claim before the mob even loads on my screen. I've made multiple reports as have FC members and still they're just sitting there farming away. Is SE even there? How is it possible that a player stands in one spot for weeks killing the same mob over and over and it doesn't initiate an auto ban? How is it possible for a player to stand in uldah and shout for their goldselling website for weeks and still not get banned?

This is frustrating for me and embarrassing for you SE. Do something about it.

I have tried the trade suggestion, no affect at all so this may have worked early on but does not now at least for me.

This. I actually did this for an FC mate for a little while. Just spam traded the bot, he didn't move. Sometimes he would just run in place. Was good times.

You can't do much about bots.. We have bots on our server as well but you can only report them and wait.. Since we have reported most are now gone and its just a matter of finding times when most ppl are not farming to actually get these..

Put this on an easy to reach button and spam it, you will beat a bot.

What I do when a telebot is farming is I will try to get what I am farming in line for spawn times so I have time to kill one then get close enough to the next to attack.
You can either make it spawn faster by letting the bot help you kill it or slow it down by dragging it off the bot and waiting to kill it.

Another thing, if you are questing in an area someone is farming let them know you are trying to quest, I will always hold off for you and I think a lot of people will do the same.

3 Characters are unable to camp every single karakul in the map it takes at least 4 maybe 5 to dominate all spawns. Remember people there are also spawns by the observatorium (Although bots often make there way there as well)

I have a few tricks as a tank. You can provoke the mob, use a shield lob, couple of flashes, basically pull the mob out of the bots range. He will lose the claim, and you should be able to take it.

I know that the massive ban-wave on september 29 ish took out a crapload of bots on Leviathan.

Spam trade (the bot will keep closing it) for a bit until they die. Sometimes it works.
