    Problem with Squre Enix Softwear Token

    I cant login says its the wrong password....tried it many times before i clicked on forgot password but there it tells me its the onetime password that is wrong.
    It worked fine few weeks ago...

    take a reset and reenter the software token

    you can login to mogstation with you account and password with no token ... wenn you enter the emergency password

    the token disabled with the emergency pw

    I tried it now but i get "The password entered is invalid. Please enter a valid password." i didnt change it i tried even with the one i was trying to change it to but didnt work since onetime pass failed... Noway anyone got passed softwear token and changed password..? oO

    Sorry if I've misunderstood, but if you want to use the Emergency Removal Password (to remove a token from your account) you don't login with that, you have to do it on a special page:

    Hope that's of some help and sorry again if I misunderstood what you were trying to do.
