How would that help anything? That is still a static mitigation that scales with warrior stats and not mob damage.. It would be the exact same thing as it is right now, just based off of max hp rather than damage.Simple change, just make all our heals based on % of our HP.
Inner Beast heals for 30% of max HP.
Bloodbath procs heal for 3% of max hp per hit.
Storm's Path can either heal for 5% of max HP, or just reset the cooldown of Bloodbath. I'd prefer it to reset cooldown personally.
