what you think about this ?
1. The Warrior is a tank, not a DPS, not an Off-Tank, there is no reason to have a stance like this.

2. All this is is a buffed version of shield oath, if I wanted to have Paladin-like buffs, I would be a Paladin. This would also make defiance pointless.

Juggling 3 stance (2 of which fill the same role only one does a vastly better job over the other) will not fix the issues Warrior is facing right now.
