On fights like Titan HM, where knowing his rotation is part of the fight, it's a little better. However, I can't tell you how many times I've raised someone in Garuda HM only to have her immediately target them with Friction before I even get the option of curing them.

What with SE's stance on animation lock being "by design" (seriously, thought FFXI was the end of that), you have to wonder if they meant for in-battle raise to be such an annoyance.
