So basically, 2.2 which could be 7-8 months minimum is bringing any new progression content. 50 content should have been the biggest focus redesigning a 2nd iteration of the game.1) Coil

3) Primals ( Garuda/Ifrit/Titan/Moogle/?)
4) Dungeon called "Pharos Sirius"
5) Mythos
6) 2 Dungeons Known being revamped for hard mode
7) PvP Get those points to get those sexy PvP Gear!
8) Housing
9) Relic Reborn Quest ( Long)
So from your list:
1) Will be cleared in a week or two and on farm until 2.2
2) Easier than Coil, cleared first night, no new content til 2.2
3)Primals....lol endgame?
4)Pharos Sirius....maybe it drops myth(lol duty finder queue) Farm AK and this possibly for myth which is only useful on one Job
6)See #4
7)PvP isn't engame content
8) Not endgame content
9)Since we know nothing about this, +2 your weapon might require boss drop + more myth, but still isn't endgame content

Major patches are slated to be released appx every 3 months with hotfixes when they are ready in between.
Dev post about patches
If the speed of patches and quality of the current game does not meet your standards, you may want to wait for "3.0" then call that launch.

I know this is the "I want it NOW" generation but SE was in a unique situation remaking this game. 1.0 was a flop but some people still played. they were remaking the game in tandem of patching the failed version they KNEW they were going to scrap. Then they finally came to the point where they had to shut it down while they focused on the final production of the new one (ARR). Had they shut the game down for too long, they would have lost that 1.0 crowd entirely and it would have faded into obscurity. They felt they had enough in the game to be able to release it for play while they continued working towards Yoshi-P's vision for the game. Yoshi-P has said in previous Letters that it will probably take at least a year after relaunch to get the game in the state he wants it.
Making a game like this takes at least 5-8 years normally. This team has gotten here in 2 with divided focus. I would like to see the complainers do better.
The thing is nobody has to do better. Square-Enix's job is to entice with a game to play. With 1.0 people waited because we wanted a fun game. I personally do not believe people will pay at the cheapest $119.88 for the 'complete' version. Every game has a deadline and Final Fantasy is past that deadline for release. Yoshida and every other head developer had a set time, a budget, and has to work in that to release a game people will want to play now and honestly why shouldn't they? Note: The come back next month three months for now after patch 2.X doesn't cut it. Final Fantasy XIV doesn't exist in a bubble the majority of the people who leave will not come back. MMOs typically always trickle off as people leave finding other things to do both real world and game world.
To the ones you say isn't end-game: To You, it isn't end game. To me personally they are, All of which I said revolve around level 50 players ( max level). Too easy? For you it is maybe, but for a lot of people I see having issues on some of the end-game content. ( it's maybe be hard for them).
Coil turn 5 still hasn't been beaten yet (Legitimately *Beating it from a bug doesn't count as a world's first*) , and don't say gear is the issue because it's not. A lot of people, are actually have legitimate issues with turn 5, it's just flat out hard. You think Crystal Tower gear is going to make Coil Uber easy? For the Elite, yes I wouldn't put it past them, but again for the "Majority" Coil Turn 5 is still going to be a hassle.
1) Crystal Tower that's before Coil, for a person that plays casually ( which is a lot of people these days), won't have all the uber gear that maybe 5% of the population has. So Crystal Tower for the Majority will "Probably" be just as bad as Coil, for them.
2) Primals are end-game, like in the same matter AK are spammed for tombs, Primals are spammed for Tokens for Weapons/Relic ( That's in 2.0, 2.1 will probably drop more stuff like armor) Another mode of Difficulty.
Housing it ranges from person to person if this is considered End-game. Maybe not for hardcores, but for the avg. person, they won't have a large sum of money that a select few have. I feel like it is, it just doesn't have "Battle content" End-game for Crafters to build a house and other stuff? Yeah I think so! ( Don't leave the crafters in the dust!).
Relic Reborn IS End-game since it is a weapon that you get AFTER the main story and it is a long process to get just 1.
TL"DR: Just because Certain end-game to you is easy, doesn't mean it's easy for others. It certainly doesn't mean that if it's easy it's not end-game.

Twintania hasn't been killed yet because she is bugged(hence why she is offline right now). Twintania down to 50% is all gear, having enough health to soak the Fireballs and dps to kill the conflags. Walking in with full CT gear/AF2/Myth gear will trivialize Coil and yes even Turn 5.
