    Didn't receive Item after completing Achievement - Bump on a Log:

    So after completing all the hutning log for Twin Adder and getting the Achievement Bump on a Log: Order of the Twin Adder I didn't receive the Mammet #003G reward as described .. now I've email GM's yet they keep sending me a blank template to post of the board and now I have

    I'm a paying customer that spent the time to finish all this to get nothing can someone please help me

    There's a guy in gridania by apkulu falls or whatever it's called. I think he gives the item rewards for achievements, but I'm not positive as I haven't earned any myself. You could try there.
