sadly i still have the option of moving characters to Balmung yet the page you listed has both Balmung and Excalibur "Locked" how can i move one way and not the other when it says both are Creation Locked

and yes after the 50th time trying to get excalibur to show on the list i went there to see if it was locked...

Try this, in about 22 minutes that list should update. I bet you Balmung will show as open at that time(It may not as well). The servers don't open/close on that schedule, that's just the update schedule for the list.

Servers are locked/unlocked automatically based on the current server population. If the server you want to transfer to is currently locked, try again later, especially in the morning hours, when most servers seem to be unlocked. I've been watching Excalibur's status for the past week or so, and it seems to be locked during most of the (NA) afternoon/evening hours, but in the morning, it's typically open.
