SUGGESTION - Mount

So as you all know, or at least most of you, we are able to fight along side our chocobo. First of all what a great idea by Square Enix; now onto my point...why limit the companion to just the chocobo? We spent time and labor working to get a unicorn and other mounts, why not let us fight with them as well?

Think about it, it would bring a whole new variation to the companion battle system. It could also be used to branch off and maybe even make different mounts have different abilities which I believe would be a very interesting feature to command as a solo grinder.

I leave the floor to you fellow gamers, aid me in this endeavor or bash it; either way tell me your thoughts!

To be honest, I'd rather see the Path Companions from 1.0 return, as I'd rather have my sultry, flirtatious, bisexual miqote Path Companion Imarah helping me in battle than a chocobo or some other animal that I normally ride as a mount.

Fighting with my chocobo is neat but the current system leaves me wanting. There is rarely any time I'm not in a party so having it out is really rare for me.
Fighting alongside other mounts is an interesting idea but I'd rather actual retainers or something to fight with me. Or let me use my other characters and have them level with me, that'd be really epic.

I'd rather them add beastmaster and tamer instead of give another animal companion id really like to have 1 retainer be a battle companion while the other retainer sells for you.

yeah I love chocobos but im not a fan of them as a companion, especially since they are only good for solo and take a piece of my exp.

this would be a good idea for sure, kind of like the idea of a beastmaster but for that we will have to wait and see what classes are next to be released.
