look in your user folder for a My Documents folder. Should be a folder for games in there, that has one for XIV nested in it. Inside there, there will be a folder for each character (starts with FFXIV_CHR). All your customizations for that character are in there (gear sets, macros, etc.). Might be worth it to grab a cheap flash drive or something so you can keep the most current configs in one location, in case you accidentally overwrite the wrong set if you go the mapped drive route over a network.
