My account got hacked, and I have a request

This morning I logged in and i was standing near a mail moogle, with no money, and a few minutes ago I attempted to log in, but I wasnt able to because I was 'already logged in'. I changed my password twice, but I am unable to get the Software Token, because I have a kindle fire which doesn't support the google play downloads and whatnot. I was wondering if anyone had the apk or anywhere I could get the apk to download this program, and hopefully stop this damn hacking... Until then, I refeuse to log out. Thank you for the help

Well it doesn't matter now, My account was terminated and suspended. I spent six damn hours on live chat in order to talk to someone, only to have that time out after a 6 hour waiting period, telling me to 'try again later please.' If this is how SE treats its cusomers, terminating accounts without investigating them, forcing us to wait and timing out live chat help, or making us pay to call in and get actual help... SE doesn't deserve the money I put into this game.

That sucks :/ I'm dealing with this too, logged on this morning inside the inn (logged out last night in Mor Dhona), no gil and both my retainers and armory were cleared out -.-

Hoping SE is able to do something, but knowing them, doubt it. So, unless they terminate mine if people reported it, I just wasted 13.00 (paid three days ago) to sit here hoping they fix it before half the month is gone.
