Nah, Good King Moggle Mog is a primal Fight like Ifrit/Garuda/Titan. His Weapons are currently Garuda/Titan level.

I was actually a bit curious about this guy. So, his name is "Good King Moogle Mog". But where does it stop being a title and become a name? The way I look at it, he is the Good, King Moogle, Mog.

So is this actually MOG, like, from FFVI(III)?

It's Good King Moggle Mog. All Moogles have a 2 part name, so the king's name is Moggle Mog. The rest is a title.

He is the Moogle Primal...

So with 2.1 we actually get 3 Primals added: 2 Extreme + GKMMXII

I know he is the Primal of Moogles thus why I said they're preparing for his summon which requires a lot of shards.

The fight is similar to a primal fight when it comes to gameplay, but as far as lore goes Moggle Mog isn't a primal at all, he's simply their leader, the moogle king.
