Discarded level 1 weapon from quest reward, how do I get it back?

Like the title says, accidentally discarded my level 1 armorer's weapon that I received from the entry guild quest.

If there is not another place to obtain this weapon, I believe this is a bug?

No, they can't be crafted. Level *5* weapons can be crafted, but the level 1 "Weathered" weapons/tools can only be created by a) creating a character of that class b) the quest that unlocks that class or c) an NPC vendor. They can't be crafted. It used to be different; there used to be a craftable level 1 item in addition to the Weathered one, but that's gone the way of all Dated items. They are tradable, so you can find them (often for cheap) on the Market Board, but its origin will be one of the three I stated.
