Where in this labyrinth of Sign Up Process can we pick which subscription level?

thanks again ..it helps a lot to have people to talk about this stuff with, i waited in Support chat room for 3 hours and made to number 1 of the line and then they closed for the day I wont worry any more tonight.

Square Enix can make some really great games, but it's increasingly obvious that they're lousy at customer service, so it's important for players to help each other out when possible (just like several other players helped me out a month ago when I couldn't figure out how or where to register the game). When there's something wrong with somebody's account and they need it fixed, that has to go through customer service, but when you need info on how or where to do something, the community site if often the better bet.
