Friend Banned on Forums for no good Reason

A friend of mine made of post about features in the game he would like to see fixed and implemented and was kick out of forums with post removed. I'v read what he posted and read the reply's he was getting and nothing was bad. I went to go check it and the post was gone then he told me he was banned from forums. Anyone else have an issue like this?

I got banned here once. A e-mail sent to me and it clearly point out the paragraph that cause my ban and what fourm laws I broken. Naming and shaming for my case.

Please post that e-mail here as proof that your comment didnt broke any fourm rules.

I got banned a while ago for discriminating. Maybe your friend did that. They'll send you an email with the post of why you got banned.

My husband was temporarily banned for saying (heavy substitution here, but you'll get what it was): "No excrement popular literary detective currently played by Benedict Cumberbatch"

When his temp ban was over, he posted a nice, normal post asking for some feedback on something white magey, and was perma-banned.

After a day or two, he decided he didn't care because the forums can be so toxic, it's better if he doesn't visit them. ^^

The person he responded to likely seen he was unbanned and reported him again to perma ban him lol - People hold grudges in this community when it comes to the forums.

I can make 5 posts a day and each post can be a maximum of 1000 characters. Do you know how much that is? That's like a Twitter message or something. I don't understand this. Why? Why am I limited to 1000 characters?! It makes no sense what so ever.

I think its based on how many characters you have and their levels.

Bless the God that you are born in North America. In many asia countries, it is civil offense for insulting people over the fourm. People getting sue, go over the court, and pay the fine.

Stuff like this happens all the time unfortunately. As others said, if enough people report something, it can very well lead to a ban from the forums.

What I don't get is why they don't delete the posts in question. The posts are hidden while a person is banned, but when it is lifted they're back again.

I just wonder how long it is till i get another ban for pointing out the GIANT flaw in someones brilliant idea to make the game better.

perhaps making a comment about making a future comment will get me banned.
