You'll want Flash, Provoke, Featherfoot, Convalesence and Internal Release.. pretty much always.

Second Wind and Haymaker and Mantra are all very situational.
Awareness looks nice, but is usually worthless because anything that is dangerous enough to kill you is usually hard-coded never to crit.

So take Gladiator to 22 for Provoke. And take Pugilist to 12 for Internal Release. Job done.
(unless you REALLY want Mantra... but it is highly situational and you'll probably only notice the extra healing it grants at the very uppermost levels of endgame. I'd get your WAR to 50 first, and THEN level Pugilist past 12 if you feel you really really want it)

Update: so iv leveled GLD to 22 and PUG lvl 12 and also got WAR now, I can only equip 3 extra moves though so choose flash, provoke, convalescence.

Am not sure how I would use these in my dungeon routien though

I normally do this when fighting 3-4 mobs

Macro "tomahawk" + mark 1 on weakest target
AOE cone ability "overpower" on all targets
Then 3 hit combo on target 1
Then 2 hit combo on target 2
Then 2 hit combo on target 3
    Then "overpower" on all targets
Target one is normally dead so do macro "tomahawk" + mark 1 on target 2

So you get the picture, I also find it hard to fit all the buffs in, they don't last long so no point doin them before a battle.

Any advise or help? Thank you

I'd go for Featherfoot, Convalescence and Internal Release if you're dungeoneering at 35ish

Featherfoot and Convalescence are basically damage mitigation Cooldowns - You can pop Featherfoot at any time to take less damage (very handy on groups), and Convalescense makes any Healing spells cast on you more powerful (very handy on bosses). Internal Release makes YOU do more damage via increasing your Crit chance, which will lower the time it takes to kill enemies as well as increase your enmity generation and self-healing (Bloodbath, Storm's Path, Inner Beast!!)

Provoke is basically a tool that's used to immediately put you on top of the hate list: It's very useful if one of the Damage Dealers accidentally pulls too much hate, or if you are having to trade hate with another tank in an 8-man raid, or if you die and get rezzed in combat etc. It will not put you very far ahead though, so follow it up with an +enmity combo. it's also worth mentioning that Provoke has a very short cast time and a very long range- it can be more useful for "pulling" than Tomahawk in certain situations (e.g. Succubus pulls in Amdapoor Keep!)

Flash is used when tanking groups - unlike Overpower it can also grab enemies behind you, it won't break your combos and it uses MP not TP. In dungeons it can be handy for keeping hate on any slept enemies since it deals no damage and so using it won't wake them.

I would setup different bars for different uses. Typically I have bar 1 for open world soloing, and then use bar 2 and 3 for dungeon. Since I usually only need half my abilities when soloing, this works out well.

But yes, once you get to level 35, you are going to start needing two bars for all your abilities in dungeons. I don't have a tank that high so I don't know what the best bar setup might be, but for my other jobs I typically split by situation. For healing I have one group healing bar, and one group DPS bar. For my DPS classes, it depends on class, but I have things like DOTS and BUFs on one bar, and attacks on another. Since the DOTS and buffs are spaced, I switch to that, then switch back to go back to normal attacking.
