Well the speed run only lasts right near the bridge area of before the 1st boss more or less. The rest wouldn't work anyways after the 1st boss. Saves them maybe 10-15 minutes from the run sometimes depending on the groups composition. I usually slow run it but catch flak. Its really about the group consensus these days.
They are afking AND pulling?
Why would one NOT want to speed run AK? I can understand for CM and Praetorium, but AK??? It's not like there is any CS to enjoy...
unless you are the tank or whm.. You are not doing anything extra.
searches for the problem uncovers a troll post
The problem is they already put things in place to stop this the first time. Now people are blatantly playing the game in a way the developers didn't intend. When people insist on using the tree strat for the first boss or other things that could be considered exploiting, I just flat out refuse. I don't join any local groups that spam for "speed run" AK either way.
/em looks at own signature chuckles and leaves the room.
Carry on folks
Are you the tank I played with a couple of days ago who decided to afk after we questioned you about what you felt was so wrong with using the tree on the first boss?
that tree thing is absolutely retarded. By the time everyone gets up there the boss could be half dead.
