Unable to mount Chocobo

Hi,

I have completed the main quest to receive the Chocobo. However when I check the "Action and Traits" window the menu "Mounts" still not available to me and I can not execute the mount command when I m outside the city. Can you give the solution for this problem?

So you already turned in the seals? If you did your reward is a chocobo whistle in your inventory (I think). Also, did you choose a name for it already? If not you're missing something.

Yup, I have checked and the quest is listed as completed

The quest is complete when you receive your whistle. You can't mount your chocobo until you *use* your whistle.

Have you tried taking it out for dinner?

As Conradus and NeoZehel have suggested, attempt to use the whistle. If you still find yourself without a Chocobo, then we will move forward with submitting a bug.
