LOL JP side had same stuff about centering the forum so I translated mine and posted up there and rep responded on that one.

今後正式版に向けてデザインの改修を行う予定があり作業を進めていますが、それに合わせてこの件も対応するようにしてもらいます。もう暫くはこのままですが、宜しくお付き合いくださいませ。
We are currently working on the design changes for the official version (of forum) will also have this worked (centering the forum). Please stay with us little bit longer.

Awesome, thanks Reinheart. Hopefully the official version of the forums is coming soon, of course with 1.18 coming out soon I probably won't be on here that much.
