Please implement a way to search for a phrase on the forums.

Currently when I try searches for phrases, I type them in plainly, and then I am told that the words that I am searching for are either too small or too common. If I put quotes around the phrase, I always get taken to a search results page with zero results.

Is there currently a working method for searching for phrases? If there is, then what is it? If there is not, then I would love to see one added.
