I hope he will explain the system with important details (images, video for example)

Yeah, I would like to see more use of videos when discussing changes, especially something crucial like the battle changes. It's simple to do but it makes quite a big difference in terms of visual impact and the clarity of your explanations.
The Ul'duh Inn is like an antique shop...full of crap and always closed."You don't have to say anything, I just look at your life now and work backwards." - Black Books
That would be great.
It would have to be, as Yoshi-P and crew have been saying constantly that they really cant bring any substantial content changes (not just Notorious Monsters, those shouldnt take that much to tweak) without having the framework for the new ( and hopefully well thought out that actually takes stats into consideration and increases the amounts of normal parties) battle system.

I agree i would love to see a small clip showing the new battle system in action... it wouldnt be hard to show us a little of the test from the development server, but of course they wont... even a few good screens would be nice, or even some detailed info but i bet thats asking too much.
I am guessing its gonna be some vague ass info a big smiley face and a "keep waiting good stuff to come!"
Prove me wrong...
That would make me rage-quit, but I wouldn't doubt it happening.I agree i would love to see a small clip showing the new battle system in action... it wouldnt be hard to show us a little of the test from the development server, but of course they wont... even a few good screens would be nice, or even some detailed info but i bet thats asking too much.

Everytime they did a change to something they've always shown screenshots. Even the upcoming hubs they've shown screenshots.
Battle system is generally gameplay changes which is something you can't really capture beyond explaining and posting a video would be signing a death warrant with how cynical the community is. If things change from the posted video, people will get upset that SE "lied" to them for example.
I saw the icon and thought I posted this. "I don't remember being awake at 5am..." This forum ain't big enough for two people with the same icon!
But seriously, thanks for the heads up Foxclon!(Told you guys SOMETHING was coming.)
Hey you already told us the thing I want they are going to try and work into the PS3 release so I'm happy. All this other stuff is butter on my bread.
Also, Merlwyb Bloefhiswyn is Beautiful. Give my thanks to Yoshida (Artist) for proving a large physically dominating woman can be beautiful.

I have to thank Square-Enix for the amazing job they have done recreating Final Fantasy XIV from Scratch. Especially the inclusion of Missing Genders which we petitioned for in good faith. This was proof to us players that the Developers are truly Sympathetic to our requests and that being honest and vocal can pay off with the amazing characters we have who are Female Roegadyn, Male Miqote, and Female Highlanders. Thank You SE, Thank You Community Team, Thank You Yoshi-P.
