Accidents happen while looting

I recently had an incident where my fellow FC member clicked greed on a loot that is not for his current class. And further more, the item that had dropped could not be need by me (Monk) at all.

Item name : Allagan Earring of maiming.

I've sent a ticket to support desk to request the item to be transfer to my character.
Does anyone had this incident before and got resolved?

Maybe it is not best for your class, maybe allegan earring of striking is marked as need by your class?
Chance you gonna get it transfered is probably zero procent.

Pretty sure that Maiming is the DRG set and Striking is the MNK set. Yeah, it sucks, but it is what it is.

This. We've had this happen too. Best thing to do is tell your group to pass if they have no use for it that way you can tell whoever is getting it to greed/need

Had this happen to us in Turn 1. WHM rolled greed on monk ring, DRG couldn't roll need and lost the roll. GM's aren't going to transfer the item.

Maiming is DRG set. GMs will not transfer the item.

they wont transfer it. never. but if the "greed"roller leaves the duty his roll will be deleted and u easily win it.
