To accompany the scarcity of tanks, it has been happening too often now that I've had tanks drops IMMEDIATELY entering an instance and killing the first set of trash mobs.

I don't know why this is done, as they're not holding out for loot and then leaving, but to make matters worse, we'd be waiting for 30 minutes for a replacement. After none arriving, a dps will drop and BAM! Another dps immediately enters, sees that the party is not moving along, drops, and another dps enters.

This is not fair to the dps who've been waiting in queue for extended periods of time, only to enter a fail group and having to leave only to requeue all over again.

If a tank drops, and then a dps drops.... nobody should enter the instance until ALL positions are filled. Maybe the timer should stop, or get rid of the timer all together.

Sometimes it's rare, but it does happen that you are grouped with cooperative players who show patience and dedication to helping the inexperienced and accept the challenge of completing the instances.

I am really enjoying this game, however for a 2013 released game, there are many things about it that are archaic and sub par, this being one of them.

Fixing many of the small issues and perfecting cross server instancing is a bigger reward than any voting system SE is planning on implementing... in my worthless opinion...
