(I can't understand why they killed this cool mechanic) The lucky player can use the won BoA Item and carry it to a crafter who builds an item (ILvl 80-90) out of it for every class using the mostly not used repair window to trigger a synthesis. The HQ possibility is max 80%, of course it can be materia melded. Weapons will directly drop, i could live with that compromiss.

If the player isn't interested in the item he won he can trade it in at a NPC.

Claim wars? Maybe, but drop rate and respawn have to be fair thought about. Think, less people are crying about Odin bu a good chunk does about mytho stones.
