The HQ possibility is max 80%, of course it can be materia melded. Weapons will directly drop, i could live with that compromiss.

If the player isn't interested in the item he won he can trade it in at a NPC.

Claim wars? Maybe, but drop rate and respawn have to be fair thought about. Think, less people are crying about Odin bu a good chunk does about mytho stones.

Only good if they're item-pop NMs. otherwise no. This would make RMT worse, much worse.
