Depends on what the intent of the craft is. When I was mass producing ingots or yarns to prep for leves I would use a similar macro because going for 100% on everything takes 5x as long and requires more attention. But this isn't going to get you HQ with any regularity, so it's not the best way to craft when it matters.

Inner quiet is a great ability and you should generally be using it. Also, steady hand will reduce cp and durability wasted due to misses.

Eventually you will want to invest some time in getting some cross class skills. Rumination(crp) is a great beginner skill since it can provide you with an extra 50-60 cp at the end of a synth. Careful synth (wvr) is also pretty great even at 90% efficiency, as you will never miss a synth again. Hasty touch (cul) and tricks of the trade (alc) are also extraordinarily useful for getting to 100% quality, though they do slow down the time/craft significantly.
