Ps3-> PC controller transition

I didn´t see any controls related board so i think i will ask this here, i started playing on ps3 and then changed to a pc with a controller, first things i noticed is that you can´t run backwards, it really a hard change of rythm but i can live with that... but then i realize that also the camera is fixed to always look to where you are facing and some times when i move the camera while casting then i try to move and all goes to hell because the camera auto adjust to where my target was even while i have the face target option disabled and i try to move in one direction and the movement goes to the other way, this in titan HM is plume fest KO... so there goes my question, is there a way on pc to get a free 360° camera? so you can for example look at the side of your characater without him automatically moving to look forward?

I think you don't have the correct setting set in configuration, sounds like you are using controller with keyboard configuration. I use XBOX 360 controller on PC and I can run backwards and camera doesn't move when I move my character.

Try changing settings in this menu. Click controller icon. You could try also selecting "Legacy Type".

i use the controller type if not you cant use skills, but i ve never used the legacy type controller what´s the use of it?

Legacy means you run the direction you push instead of backpedaling. It's how it was in 1.0 for all controls.

Legacy Type was put there for 1.0 players who prefer camera-based movement with keyboard and mouse. 1.0 was only camera based. Most MMORPGs use character-based movement for keyboard and mouse.

Using a controller with character-based movement is very awkward, which you have noticed.
