Cluster Gathering:
To harvest clusters you need to be either a level 46 botanist or a 46 miner. I have personally verified the botany information below however the mining info has not been verified by me and the website I got the info from was wrong on the botany cluster portions so be warned.

To view the clock for in game time click on the clock in the top right to cycle between local time, server time and game time.

Botany: Location - Mor Dhona
Spawn time of rare nodes (game time) - 1AM, 5AM and 9AM (Roughly 10 minutes between each spawn then a long wait til 1AM again)
Fire Clusters are in slot number 3 while Water Clusters are found in slot number 5.
