    Equipment suggestion.

Like you have set up, equipment can be spirit bound. This offers players, materia for their use. Later in the game, as it grows jobs will grow. One way to customize heroes is, like spirit binding, skill mastery. Final Fantasy: Tactics, has a ability mastery system like no other. I think it's the best system, for nonlinear character build. Craft only items, dungeon found only items, job/class exclusive items, could all be used in this way. Equip a item with ability addition on it, use item spirit bound it, gain ability. Of course abilities will require a longer spirit bound, to achieve the ability. Maybe a mastery bar, like Tactics could be used. Anyways, best system for your game, is Tactics. Jobs, builds, items, ECT will make people want to play more.

After sometime, the games size will matter to. Feels real small, at this point. I hope it will be bigger soon.

I agree with this idea. Also SE should implement something where when you scroll over armor in your armory chest what you currently are wearing pops up so you can better decide if you want to switch your gear. Its annoying when on the fly you don't know if you are replacing say critical hit for skill speed unless you look at what your wearing first. This would be really convenient.

Indeed, in many of their games, there some sort of comparison method. I think normally it's green for positive, red for negative stat changes. The whole pop-up method with 2 items, could take the entire screen though. Maybe a mini, could be used. I would suggest an entire UI revamp, be made then. Or a center point add-on, to center where character is. I have 2 monitors, I could use. If I could center, the character on one, the other could be free space. Or a background which could be simple, something like wallpaper, screenshots, or fan art. I would like to see, the second use for journals, crafting, party list, minimap, inventory, basically anything on the UI. A UI add-on for secondary monitors, would be best. Then the resolution could be different, lowering graphic requirements for its use.

I agree with a mini comparison. I'll say it in world of Warcraft they did something like this where when you highlighted over a piece of gear whether it was in your inventory on someone else or through a quest reward it would pop up a small comparison of what you were wearing and as you scrolled off that item it disappeared. This way you don't have to take up a large area of the screen or close any windows out because the game did it for you.

Final Fantasy: Tactics, has the best system, that I have played. It's only a TBS so not really normally what we would see, in a RTS. I think expanding JOBs with the MASTERY system of Final Fantasy Tactics, would WOW players in a huge way. Players would love it. Making items to learn skills from, is what Tactics did, that makes each Job/Class grow. You would have to level them Jobs/Classes, to use some of the item, but learning the skills with the items equipped, makes the skills use able by all Jobs/Classes like a additional skill slot they got now. Try making something like that, im sure you wouldn't be disappointed.
