I don't know if it's just me, but I'm having a hell of a time finding my history in tickets. I KNOW I put in a ticket yesterday about something yesterday.. and yet there is no ticket that is 'open'. It took me a while to even find a way to do it.

Now I'm just suggesting that maybe you make it a bit user friendly. Where you don't have to click numerous buttons to see your ticket history, ones that are open or closed.
