More User Friendly Website

I don't know if it's just me, but I'm having a hell of a time finding my history in tickets. I KNOW I put in a ticket yesterday about something yesterday.. and yet there is no ticket that is 'open'. It took me a while to even find a way to do it.

Now I'm just suggesting that maybe you make it a bit user friendly. Where you don't have to click numerous buttons to see your ticket history, ones that are open or closed.

Are you fricking kidding me! I can't post a new thread because my char isn't high enough. I'm lvl 37...WTF do you have to be 50? And i now I haven't reached my daily limit I haven't even been here in weeks!! I really had high hopes for this game and it was awesome but too many oversights are starting to show through already! Lack of quests makes lvling other classes hard near impossible. Levs are very limited! Fates are near impossible to get credit for anything anymore! Dungeons don't give near the exp they should either! Its the same mistake as 1.0...they're trying to control the amount of time you have to actually be productive in this game! =( I really want to love this game but right now I hate standing around waiting for a fate to pop only to get 900 credit for it at lvl 37...If levs are the only quests you have you need to at least give us unlimited access to help us level and seriously buff the exp gained from just grinding on mobs so it could be a viable option also.

It shouldn't be required to fate and then make it so impossible to get credit because everything dies befor eyou can tag it for credit. Questing, dungeoning, grinding and fate-ing should all give similar exp per hour. That way everyone can do what they enjoy but more importantly you can mix it up so you don't get burnt out on just one thing!
