    Hi there account suspended for no reason, submitted a ticket

    support ticket #: 2982915

    Hi there at 12:28 am est on 10/8/2013 my client was disconnected from the world and then I had a pop up saying my service was suspended, I've never had more than 300k on my account at a given time, never bought or sold gil, and never crafted gear or sold high priced gear on the MP, have never exploted the game in any way atleast to my knowledge.

    When i lost access to my account i never got a email or anything, everyone that i've been running with the past 2-3 weeks are still online only my access has been suspended, has this happened to anyone else? and was it resolved quickly? i know email support won't get back to me until tomorrow but surely they'll just review my account see that there stupid for what they did and re-instate it right? helpful replies are good!

    They will most likely respond "To get assistance on this issue, please call us or use our online chat". I'd just wait until Chat opens and then talk to them.

    My guess for suspension would be that your account was compromised, and if that's what happened, you need to either call them or use chat.
