Rate FFXIV 1 to 10

9/10. Sure there's a few minor balance issues, but they're easily tweaked rather than being fundamental design flaws (unlike 1.0 which had it in droves).

I'm just having so much fun in ARR - the world is rendered so beautifully, the storyline is great (although I miss some things about 1.0's original pre-Dalamud storyline, like the original Path of the Twelve storyline), and I love being able to solo exp easily but still party for dungeons (which the Duty Finder does rather well). I adore the minions (especially my mini-Dalamud ), and despite what some people are saying, there is a lot to do even before level 50 - the trick is just making sure you don't cram it all in a short time and thus burn yourself out.

6/10, game is still in its prime so i am no so immature to be so pessimistic or such..but game has a lot of serious flaws.I think crafting is one of the best i seen around, good graphic and cutscenes also music.I'd like to see more tank options, animation revamp. (try to hit and move and you will see your chara animation freeze and sliding..)Fates are not suited to this slow paced combat it feels horrible, after all this is not an action mmo. Mostly more viable option to customize you class with stats/att points, idk add some regen hp feature mp, reflect in to a specific stat. SE I will wait this game to improve

There's no variety on content, battles are boring, and there's no no customization (regarding class/jobs, gear and character progresion), also token system and lineal gear progression are the worst grind system ever designed.

Graphics, music, lore and story are awesome, and the gathering and crafting systems are the best i have seen.

This game can easily get a 8-9/10 reworking and improving some things.

To the people rating 10; I find it hard to believe you find no fault with this game whatsoever.

I give it a solid 6.

Leveling your first job and craft is exciting and seeing all the places is cool, however once you've hit 50 you'll come to the sad realisation that your gear sucks, you won't have any of the proper sub abilities and when you go back to level said job for abilities you find out quick there's no more quests to level. The progression system in this game is very 2 dimensional.

I really just despise modern MMOs in about every way so this isn't really my cup of tea. I do love the crafting in this game though. But I can't really justify paying monthly just to craft things for really no reason at all. Especially when I can be having more fun playing other genres.

while most people are great and easy to game with, a lot of players at level 50 are just jerks forcing new players to skip cutsceens is just wrong they have the right to watch them if you want speed runs do premade and not duty finder

thousands of players have been hacked, teleport hacking, botting, gil spamming.

SE communication with fan base 1/10

No response from SE regarding the hacking/boting that is going on

5/10 community, because 5 in 10 people (statistics are 100% made up and only by my experience) are ridiculous elitists asking for relics for AK runs OR anti-social OR deliberate non-readers OR that-one-person-ruining-titan-run-every-single-time. Forum community gets no rating. 'Cause trolls.
