Please Give Us Retainer Alerts on Sales :)

I'd love to be able to pay for linkpearls that I can give to my Retainers so they can give me updates whenever they make a sale.

Now I know what you're thinking, "why give me updates every time?" Well, of course this could be a customizable feature, such as the following examples:

(Imagine this is your retainer screen under the menu)
- Report on sales equaling [e.g. 3] items
- Report on sales equaling [e.g. 30,000] gil

or...

- Only gather reports whenever I've activated the pearl.

So why is this good? One reason is if I leave one of my retainers in Limsa (because his items sell better there) and my other in Ul'dah, etc, then I won't have to travel to either city only to find that my retainer hasn't sold anything.

Please discuss.

Or even something as simple as a "Your retainer has sold xxxxx" or "Your retainer has earned you xxxxxx gil." when you first log in. A quick server message would be short and sweet.

It doesn't even have to be this detailed. I would settle for right now a quick history on what sold off my retainer when I check them. It might have been a few days since I last checked it and all I see is a lump of gil and space in my retainer bazaar with no recollection of what was posted. My memory isn't horrible but remembering the quantity and various different items posted for sale by me shouldn't be a mystery.

A Linkpearl for retainers makes way too much sense. No idea why that never crossed my mind. o.O

This solves one of the tedious problems of the Market Wards. I would love for this to be implemented.

Ya it's called Ward it's AH only thing you have to go to the npc big deal -.- did you ever go outside jeuno to buy item? like Coins from COP? or item that can't not be sold by the AH? and you click 20+ ppl afk? i mean at least now the ward in ffxiv you can see which one selling the item -.-

no need for a AH just make the ward one big area and all link around and that be good enough.

lv4: Can return to ward after call out in other place
lv5: Can Ride chocobo to delivery outside anywhere if not in dungeon 1 per day
lv6: Take away all money and all item from you coz you use him to over work w/o payment

I do think you should be able to communicate with the retainers and find out your sales history of the last 10 items sold (w/date, time & price)

To go farther with this idea, you could quest the ability to manage your bazaar from afar... you could only put items in bazaar that are already on the retainer of course. But its like you are messaging them and telling them to add it to bazaar.
