So far the only way to get it is with the 30 day subscription reward, and that occurs only once, so for now at least you can only get one per character. There's always the hope that they might offer it again later. (I doubt they'd ever offer an unlimited supply, but they might choose to set the limit at something higher than 1 total.)

You can store up to 3 by using your Retainers.
