Nothing is being done because people don't bother reporting them, so Square Enix thinks we're all merrily finishing our instances with no incidents. So the few that do report, are treated as exceptions.

If everyone report every case of dungeon AFK, then Square Enix will realize there's a big problem.

People do report them. SE replies to the reports saying it's not against the rules to go afk in instances. They can't force people to play their class.

Bull.

I've reported many of these people, and I know my friends have as well. We get nothing but a generic copy-paste response that says that there aren't rules other than harassment for players in DF.

The problem is only getting worse.

Edit: However, when asked for feedback on the customer service of GMs via EMail, I let them know just how badly they're doing.
