you need to run to the person you want to cover. This turns the boss you are tankin.

you only use cover when someone else has higher hate than you and you wish to protect that someone i.e. the mob is ALREADY turned. this is a situational skill we use to protect another member from incoming damage when all our tools are exhausted.
