I am at my wits end here. I am not sure if this is the correct place for this but I am getting nowhere with customer support. I think I might have a fairly easy one to fix, I hope. I am in the US military and currently stationed in Europe. As such my address has AE in place of the state two letter abbreviation. For my account when I go to update my address I cannot enter my state and AE is not an option. If I cannot get my billing address correct you all know how well it works for paying the account fees. I have spent the last few nights just waiting on someone to address my problems. I spent two and a half hours in the line the other day to get to chat with a rep only when finally getting to the front being told that no one was available to assist me and I was kicked out. Today I spent two hours on the phone just to have it drop on me.
I did not think it would be so hard to get a company to take my money.
