You can get Temp Banned and have your gil confiscated IF your items were bought with RMT purchased gil.

The only way to avoid this is to charge reasonable prices for your items. If you are charging top dollar, chances are only someone who purchased gil can afford your items.

Undercutting the markets is a good thing ;>) Greed is not good.

What stops the gil buyer from buying the cheaper item? You are the one who is greedy for wanting hardworking crafters who make ilvl70 items for cheap prices.
