8 Days and Counting on Character Rollback after Hack

Oh man. My sister is waiting on her account getting reinstated after it was suspended post-hack; she's at two weeks waiting on that alone. She's going to have to wait another 2+ weeks to get her stuff back, during which time she can't actually play...?

This is exactly the info I've been looking for and dreading.

Would love it if an SE rep could actually confirm/deny the process here. I've heard elsewhere there IS no rollback protocol, per se, and they just have to return your items. If it takes 2 weeks to get your account reinstated, and another 2 weeks to get your stuff back (a process that would take Blizzard about 2 hours, I might add), you're just out a month's subscription without actually being able to play? And you think that's all right, SE?
