Changing character name

I recently used my Phial of Fantasia, i cant change my toon class race etc im on a pc.Now if i hold the esc i get controlls for the ps3 hitting the x button for subcommand etc but nothing for a pc user

Right click your character name to bring up the sub menu on PC.
