Account Wont Take CC Info

I Currently Put Money on my CC and made sure every bit of information was right from the address to the name on the card and the numbers even read them twice i ended up getting a Error Code 406 Due To Not Having Funds when i currently made sure before i went to activate even checked pendings etc and i came across that you did in fact recieve my payment to my card and account yet it says i did not and i tried it a few times every time i tried again it took another dollar can you please help me fix my account and get me back online i havent payed in a few months as you will see when pulling my account up it says in or to play final fantasy i need to purchase this and thank or a product code when i have already put in the information and it accepted and let me play in the past now that i have came back it gives me this as well. i would love to play again and explore the new world to the fulliest of finaly fantasy but if i cant and i dont recieve my few dollars back i will report it

This really is something you should be talking to the technical desk for, although I understand they can be a little slow.

SE has a needlessly complex backend for credit cards so you're not alone in having problems with it. Consider the following as alternatives people have found to get around the fact SE would not accept their perfectly good credit >.>

Use crysta, steam wallet (only if you bought from steam and have it connected to your steam acct), or time cards. Yours is unique because they accepted your cc before but stopped accepting it. I don't know why, but you may also check with your credit card company just in case.
