My account is hacked

There is a gold spammer running around Central Shroud on my account and has been doing so since i stopped playing the game around 11pm October 6, 2013.

I waited in the Customer Service Chat Queue for an hour and a half only to be told there is no Customer service reps to respond to my claim. Ive put in multiple emails and had guild members put in tickets for my character which is currently logged in and gathering as I type this.

I have changed my password and added the Security Token on my account. But my character is still logged in, dont who knows what and besmirching my good name.

I humbly ask you, cause I dont know what else to do, is to at least knock my account offline. With the new password and security token, the offender will not be able to access my account again.

I am never able to actually reach a human, and with this company, maybe it's impossible to and they just figure you'll hang up after an hour of waiting

I just want to really thank you for giving me this number. I called it and I waited about 30 mins. A customer rep named, Josiah helped me. He logged my character out and everything is fine on my end now. Now I don't know if i'll be banned because of the activity a Gold Spammer has been able to do over 24hrs. I certainly hope not. But I just wanted to let you know that I was able to get through.
