You encourage players to level multiple jobs on the same character but then severely discourage it by capping/locking all jobs on one character.

If someone wants to seriously play more than one job it would be far more efficient to have them on different characters with this current set up.

If you separate both the bank and the cap by job then not only does it prevent someone with 3+ level 50s getting 900+ tomes for an item a week, but it also allows them to gear up both jobs equally.

True they could save up mulitple weeks and buy multiple items for their "primary" job if that is their goal, but something should be changed here..

I don't know how you should handle raid lockouts but again, a separate character for each job is more beneficial so a change should be considered..
