Stick around Fallgourd Float and Haukke Manor and do Guildleves and FATEs, queue up for Manor too if you'd like. Wherever you currently are in the storyline (geographically) will always have something for your level range.

You grind Haukke for gear.

Otherwise, stay in Quarrymill and join one of the FATE trains. Lots of quests there to push you up to speed.

Sounds like you missed some sidequests. I was never behind in xp until around the mid 40s.

I do not understand why people have this problem. I am level 37.. never once have I been without a good dozen quests to complete. Its like people do not understand that there is quests in other areas as well. Try looking around the different regions, there is quests available by level in most of the areas.

There is two ways to unlock quests:

1. Reach the appropriate level of an area, which usually unlocks a few quests.

2. Beat the story mode in that said area, which usually unlocks a large amount of quests.

I actually managed to hit 50 without using up all the quests. I'm saving some of them for other jobs. So they're out there.
