1.0 was a time when Linkshells was a place to hang out and chat but its hard to refer to them as useful anymore as a channel. There was an option in 1.0 to custom make a Crest to possible form a private club or something.
I personally thought it was interesting to see all the different color crest of all designs on the screen(if the option was toggled 'on'). It was like representing your clan and promoting your brand and family.

On the plus side, FCs require four or more players to create compared to just one person to create a Link Shell.

This fact still robs the stage of owning a LS as having any benefit at all, blah blah blah...

What can be done to sustain the traditional Link Shells?


What does the community think, can Link Shells survive the era of the Free Companies still?
