Friend suspended (he barely even played) - question

Hey all. I am asking a question for a friend who had only played for a couple hours near the launch of the game and not really at all for the last 3 weeks or so. He texted me today and said he got an e-mail saying his account has been suspended due to an issue on 10/7 (this morning) about RMT. Now, he hasn't logged in for a long time and I think wanted to start playing again.

Am I to assume his account got hacked or something? I'm asking on his behalf since he can't post via the forums obviously, but since I feel bad for trying to get him into the game and that it's been a huge hassle so far (queues and creation issues at the beginning).

His name is Juno Lane on Ultros. What should he do? I'm just asking here because I know it's an issue that a lot of people have faced recently... is there a procedure, or does he have to wait through a support queue?

If he wasn't, he is now. It was most likely a phishing email, and he probably clicked the link provided.

Most likely your friends account got hacked/taken by RMT through phishing e-mail or something else we don't know yet.
Your friend needs to contact support and prove to them to try and get the account, however I noticed some people on the forums did exactly that and still waiting for their accounts to be returned.

I hope your friend can get his account back.
